Thank you for considering my work for your commission, please read the page below thoroughly. Commissions can vary greatly, any prices listed here are base rates and can change based on the complexity of the project.

Digital Illustration Rates

  • Chibi - $125 USD

    - Chibi of a single character

    - No Background

  • Character - $250 USD

    - Single Character

    - Simple Background (abstract/low detail)

  • Extras - $35 USD ea

    - Extra characters in full detail

  • Complex Backgrounds & Props - $35-$100USD

    Will differ based on the following elements:

    - Hard surface perspective elements such as buildings & architecture

    - Complex props, mechs, vehicles or borders

    - Low detail background characters (e.g appa and fire nation soldiers in the background)

    Base Rate + 8 extra characters
    $250 + $280 = $530 USD

  • Single Character + Complex Background

    Base Rate + Complex background (low detail characters and border)

    $250 + $70 = $320

  • 2 Characters + Complex Background

    Base Rate + extra character + Complex Background (rendered landscape, low detail characters)

    $250 + $35 + $100 = $385 USD

  • 7 Characters

    Base Rate + 6 extra characters (Simple Background)

    $250 + $210 = $460 USD

  • Payment & Phases

    • Payment via Paypal or Wise, any transaction fees will be paid for by the customer

    Brief

    • Please provide a detailed brief of your commission request, along with any references or ideas at this stage
    • A non-refundable 50% deposit must be made before I start working on phase 1

    Phase 1

    • I will send a thumbnail sketch and/or colour rough for approval
    • Once approved, the remaining 50% of the fee must be paid before I move to phase 2

    Phase 2

    • Will send one or more check-ins as I complete the artwork
    • 3 minor revisions may be requested during this stage (any additional will incur a $35 USD fee)
    • Cancellations at this stage will result in a 25% refund

    Phase 3

    • Final check in for artwork - once approved I will send a full res .png or .jpg (watermarked) via email
    • Cancellations are no longer allowed at this stage

  • Terms & Conditions

    • Commissions are for personal use only, commercial licenses may be purchased at an additional cost. For commercial work please email me at migmats.art@gmail.com
    • I own all rights to the work produced and my signature will be contained within the artwork
    • I am allowed to post the work online and on my social media unless requested otherwise
    • Sharing & reposting of my work is allowed with credit @migmats
    • I retain the right to reproduce my work to sell as physical prints or merchandise unless exclusive rights are purchased
    • The use of my work in AI in any shape or form is prohibited
    • By commissioning me you acknowledge that you have properly read, understood and agree to all terms listed on this page and the invoice
